At just 24 years old, Abbas Mohammed is making waves in the real estate syndication space. After joining a mentorship group over a year ago, he was able to pivot from being a top realtor in California to syndicating multifamily deals.

It’s hard to imagine that Abbas grew up with limited means – he and his family fled Iraq during the war and immigrated to Syria and finally settled in the U.S. at just 11 years old.
